BTA NEW YEARS DAY RIDE Link
Waterfront Park, SW Ankeny St and Naito Pkwy Take Trimet
12:00pm - 3:00pm
This year, the BTA New Years Day Ride is going to Clackamas County! The Bike Gallery has opened a new location on 82nd Ave. and they have generously offered to host the New Years Day Ride endpoint. How will we get there? It would be very easy to take the Springwater Corridor and easier still to just leave our bikes under the bridge and pile on to a Green Line MAX train as both pass very close to our destination. Instead, though, we'll be passing through Milwaukie and talking about some of the exciting changes afoot there. 12 miles. Not a loop. Hot drinks and snacks at the end.

Have a bike that has American Made Parts built into it? Are you proud of these amazing parts that last year after year with very little maintenance and want to show them off (Chris King, Paul Comp, Phil wood, Moots, Catrike, Terracycle, Thomson, Velocity)?
Well, I have an amazing bike named Darlene that has a ton of sentimental value to me, but not much in the way of American made parts. Yet. I want to change that. I have a plan to make a bike of these parts and want to take pictures of their beauty and resilience. Let us meet and share what you have and I will bring the donuts and coffee
