FILMED BY BIKE POSTER SHOW AT BREADWINNER Link
Breadwinner CAf, 2323 N Williams Ave, Portland, OR 97227 Take Trimet
4:30pm - 7:00pm, 4:30-7pm
Every year Filmed by Bike invites an artist to create a poster that encapsulates the essence of the festival year and offers them a platform for their work.

The posters are lovingly printed by Stumptown Printers, a heritage print shop using monolithic beasts of printing press machines in an old world style. The resulting posters are works of art and keepsake collectors items. Diehard fans collect them.

The archive is an outstanding collection of work that has never before been on display. Breadwinner Cycles convinced us to dig into our archives and bring the collection to light for all to appreciate. This special poster showcase is a rare opportunity to see all of the work displayed together.

PLANNING THE MULTNOMAH COUNTY BIKE FAIR Link
PAZ, 1624 SE Woodward St, Portland, OR Take Trimet
6:00pm - 7:30pm
Legend has it that a family-friendly "bike-gasm" marked the end of Pedalpalooza with a catastrophic, lively, and musical celebration of the subculture around bicycles. Last couple of years, this tradition appeared to have been lost. But it did NOT die. Now, you can rise to the occasion and help bring back Multnomah County Bike Fair (MCBF)!

With your help, there will be smiles, beers, mayhem, crafts, competitions, and bruises all in one bike event!

WRENCH ON BIKES FOR SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOLS Link
Learning Garden's Lab Greenhouse #4, 6745 SE 60th Ave Take Trimet (Walk to the rear of the greenhouses, we are near the bike racks.)
10:00am - 2:00pm
Each year The Street Trust brings bikes to hundreds of 4th and 5th grade classrooms and teach thousands of students how to bike safely on the streets. Needless to say the kids do a pretty good job of riding safely and doing some damage to the bikes. The bikes need routine maintenance every month to keep the parts working smoothly. So if youve got mechanic skills come join us for some greasy fun.

Not an experienced mechanic? No problem! If you can inflate tires and wash bikes we need you too! Don't want to touch a bike at all? Have no fear! You can help me inspect and sort helmets and inventory parts!

There will be coffee and pastries!

KIDICAL MASS PDX: EARTH DAY RIDE Link FF
Alberta Park, NE Killingsworth & NE 19th Avenue Take Trimet (Playground at NE Jarrett St & 19th Avenue)
1:30pm
Celebrate Earth Day in Northeast Portland with Kidical Mass PDX! We'll ride from the Alberta Park playground to Fernhill park on neighborhood greenways. The ride is a 3 and a half mile loop, with a break at the Fernhill Park playground in the middle, so its suitable for all but the youngest riders.

We ride slow enough for little pedalers. Kids should wear a helmet, be able to ride in a straight line, start and stop. Cargo bikes, tandems, trailers and tag-a-longs are great too. We'll ride together as a group, rain or shine, because kids are traffic too! Come ride with us!
